Regenerative Retreat Jan '26

From January 15 to 18, 2026, ViCo hosts a regenerative long-weekend in Dong Nai, set within a calm landscape of forest, river, and nature-based tourism.

The retreat gathers 10–20 changemakers from across Vietnam’s sustainability community for three (or optionally two) days of restoration, reflection, and meaningful connection.

Purpose

The weekend offers space to pause and reconnect. It supports the people who drive Vietnam’s sustainability movement, helping them step away from urgency and return with renewed clarity. It blends mindful practice, gentle activity, and shared celebration in an environment designed to calm the mind and open conversation.

Location & Setting

The retreat takes place in the regenerative Panorama Glamping in Dong Nai, who graciously sponsors the event to keep the costs accessible.

It is surrounded by trees and lakes, with Opera Tents featuring private bathrooms. The environment provides quiet, beauty, and enough distance from daily routines to invite deeper presence.

Panorama Glamping is implementing a philosophy of regeneration on their sites, and we'll get a walkthrough with details on how they converted this deforested land back to lush nature in just a few years.

Schedule

The program starts with departure in HCMC Thursday Jan 15 at 15:00, or Friday Jan 16 at 17.00, and ends Sunday Jan 18 after lunch to depart to HCMC.

All transport, accommodation, food, basic drinks, and program activities are included. We arrange a bus to travel together from D1 (about 2 hours).

Program

• Each day follows a gentle rhythm. Morning sessions focus on body and movement, with stretching, simple exercises, and a yoga teacher once confirmed.
• Afternoons open into hikes through the forest, time by the lake, and exploration of the surrounding campgrounds. Workshops weave in tools for mindfulness, resilience, reflection, and quiet attention, held in nature-framed settings.
• In the evenings, the atmosphere shifts: Thursday eases the group into conversation and warmth, while Friday offers a music night to celebrate togetherness, staying light and joyful within the landscape around us.

Meals

All meals are shared, nourishing, and vegetarian. Basic drinks are included. Alcoholic drinks are available at the bar and paid individually. Meals are designed to support calm energy and a communal rhythm.
