VSIP is a joint venture between Becamex IDC and a Singaporean consortium led by Sembcorp Development, which launched its first industrial park in Binh Duong in 1996. It now operates multiple integrated industrial park and township projects across Vietnam, including a Green Mark certified VSIP III, and runs carbon footprint management and green manufacturing transformation programs for tenants.
