VCMI is a public vocational college with campuses in Dong Nai and a branch in Ho Chi Minh City. Through a partnership between Vietnam's Ministry of Labor and Germany's GIZ and KfW, it was developed into Vietnam's Center of Excellence for Green TVET, launching new trades in electronics for energy and building technology, and mechanics for sanitary, heating and climate technology, alongside training modules on solar, wind, and biogas.
