Sapanapro is a community-owned herbal enterprise in Ta Phin village, Sa Pa, built on Red Dao medicinal bath traditions. Red Dao and Hmong community members hold a majority stake of 52.1 percent, with 72 local households participating as shareholders and herb suppliers. The company runs herbal bath services for visitors and produces bath extracts, shampoos, foot soaks and massage oils, developed with scientists from Hanoi's pharmacy and agriculture universities.
