Quoc Viet Seaproducts Processing Trading and Import Export Co., Ltd is a family shrimp business founded in 1996 in Ca Mau, processing black tiger and vannamei shrimp for export. In 2014, 22 hectares of its shrimp ponds became the first shrimp farm in Asia certified to the Aquaculture Stewardship Council standard, and the company has worked with WWF Vietnam to help smaller farms pursue the same certification.
