Panhou Retreat is located in Lang Giang Hamlet, Hoang Su Phi District, in what is now Tuyen Quang Province, and consists of 31 bungalows and one villa built from bamboo, wood and stone overlooking terraced rice fields. Its wellness offering centres on Red Dao herbal baths made from around 20 mountain herbs gathered from nearby forests, alongside hot mineral baths at 48 degrees Celsius and herbal oil massage. The property limits WiFi access as part of its retreat concept and runs packages that combine these treatments with forest walks and village visits.
