Nam Long Group, established in 1992 and listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange as NLG, develops townships and residential projects including Waterpoint in Long An and Izumi City in Dong Nai. It was among the first Vietnamese developers awarded EDGE green building certification by the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group: its Bridgeview project achieved 20 percent energy savings, 22 percent water reduction and 27 percent materials efficiency, and its Solaria Rise towers within the Waterpoint township achieved EDGE certification with 22 percent energy savings, 27 percent water savings and a 33 percent reduction in embodied energy in construction materials.
