MIA Design Studio is a Ho Chi Minh City architecture, interior, landscape and master planning practice founded in 2003 by principal architect Nguyen Hoang Manh. Its design approach centers on passive, sustainable strategies: prioritizing local materials, natural ventilation, and energy-efficient, context-sensitive buildings under a 'build less, see more' philosophy. The studio's sustainability work has been recognized with the Vietnam Green Architecture Award (2020) and the Architecture MasterPrize for Medium Firm of the Year in Sustainable Architecture (2024).
