HDBank is a commercial bank headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. It operates a Sustainable Finance Framework developed with technical assistance from IFC and aligned with ICMA and LMA standards, and issued 118 million USD in green bonds under it, announced in January 2025. Dutch development bank FMO invested 30 million USD in the issuance, with proceeds directed to renewable energy, energy efficiency, green buildings and electric vehicles.
