Gamuda Land Vietnam, part of Malaysian group Gamuda Berhad, has developed townships in Vietnam since entering the market in 2007, starting with Gamuda City in Hanoi. Its Elysian project in Thu Duc City, a 142,061.5 square meter apartment development, received LOTUS NC V3 certification from the Vietnam Green Building Council, the only residential project in eastern Ho Chi Minh City to hold LOTUS certification at the time, committing to 16.53 percent energy savings and 50.2 percent water savings under the developer's biophilic Gamuda Green Plan.
