FiinRatings is a credit rating agency headquartered in Hanoi with a branch in Ho Chi Minh City, operating with methodology transferred from its partner S&P Global Ratings. Alongside credit ratings it provides independent evaluation of green and sustainable financial instruments and states it is the only entity in Vietnam authorized by the Climate Bonds Initiative to verify green-labeled bonds. Its independent assessments covered half of Vietnam's green bond issuances in 2024 and 2025.
