Detech Motor is a Hanoi based manufacturer that has produced motorcycles and electric two wheelers in Vietnam since 1999, making it one of the earliest domestic players in electric bike production. The company sells its Espero branded electric scooters and electric bicycles through a network of more than 500 authorized dealers across all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Detech also manufactures batteries and vehicle parts alongside its finished electric vehicles.
