Belvie Chocolate is a bean to bar maker founded in 2015 by Marc Vanborren and Jannie Ha Tran, based in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. The company sources Trinitario cacao directly from small farms in Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Tien Giang and Ben Tre provinces, paying above fair trade prices to support the farmers and help restore native cacao trees in Vietnam. Bars are handmade in small batches and stone ground for days using only Vietnamese cacao and cane sugar.
