Bac Ninh College of Industry was founded on May 19, 1970 and is governed by the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee. Alongside mechanical, automotive, and electrical-electronics training delivered partly to German standards, it runs a 'BCI Xanh' (Green BCI) sustainability initiative integrating environmental education into its curriculum, and cooperates with international partners including Germany's GIZ on vocational training and green transformation.
