Amata Vietnam develops and operates industrial parks and townships, with Amata City Bien Hoa in Dong Nai, established in 1994 as a joint venture with SONADEZI, spanning 513 hectares and hosting more than 170 tenant companies. In 2020, the park was selected by Vietnam's Ministry of Planning and Investment and UNIDO for the country's pilot Eco-Industrial Park program, and by January 2024 it had reached 86 percent compliance with the eco-industrial park framework, up from a 41 percent baseline, alongside ISO 14001:2015 certification for its wastewater treatment services.
