October Program 2026

October 15 - ViCo Circle: Women Driving Sustainability in Vietnam

In celebration of Vietnamese Women's Day, this month's ViCo Circle brings two speakers who work at the intersection of sustainable finance and social impact, women who have spent real time funding and building a more equitable economy.

Come with your questions about what ESG looks like from the inside, what gets sacrificed when all three factors pull in different directions, and what this field looks like from a woman's perspective.

October 15 - ViCo PizzaMovie: Hidden Figures

Set at NASA in the early 1960s, Hidden Figures follows Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan, and Mary Jackson, three Black women whose calculations put John Glenn into orbit, inside a space program that had not yet decided they belonged there.

Watch for who gets credit for the work, and who does it. Watch for how a coffee pot, a bathroom, a nameplate tells you more about how a hierarchy actually functions than any policy document does.

October 17 - ViCo Course: Leading Through Transformation

Tanya Truong, founder of Insagen and Coach on Tap, brings a 3-hour workshop to ViCo on October 17 for leaders who want to lead their teams through uncertainty without losing people along the way.

Leading Through Transformation: Architecting Self to Lead Others

  • By the end of the session, you'll have:
  • A clear distinction between managing change and leading transformation
  • A diagnostic framework to uncover your own blind spots and mindset blocks
  • Practical tools to shift from reactive management to adaptive leadership
  • Behaviors that build psychological safety and resilience in your team

October 23 - ViCo Karaoke Night

Let’s get off work, pick your songs, and come spend the evening with many of us doing nothing but karaoke and good conversation.
