Delegation is one of the most important skills for anyone who wants to create impact through others. In this practical and interactive workshop, participants will learn how to focus on their highest-value responsibilities while empowering others to contribute, grow, and take ownership.

• Understanding the role of a leader and what should – and should not – be delegated
• Identifying delegation opportunities in your own work
• Selecting the right person for the task
• Communicating clear expectations and accountability
• Practicing delegation conversations that build trust, ownership, and results.
