Explore the essential elements of effective mentoring conversations, including how to structure a session, apply impactful questioning and probing techniques, and clarify the distinct roles of mentor and mentee. Participants will learn how to anchor their approach in key mentoring principles—ensuring they consistently show up with the right intent and presence. The focus is on enabling mentees to take full ownership of their development, while mentors guide with purpose and clarity.
