About ViCo Panel Discussion: Powering Vietnam

Vietnam's energy transition has moved from policy on paper to projects on the ground. Grid capacity, direct power purchase agreements, land use disputes, and billions in required capital are now live questions for anyone building, financing, or living near the country's next generation of energy infrastructure.

Powering Vietnam brings together four perspectives that rarely share a stage: real estate and industrial development, civil society, legal and regulatory practice, and renewable energy technology. Through this conversation, we do not aim to yield an easily agreeable, consensus view, but a diverse and potentially clashing viewpoints to what will shape the future of Vietnam’s energy landscape.

This session is designed for professionals working in or adjacent to Vietnam's energy, sustainability, and infrastructure sectors who want a grounded, multi-sided view of what's actually happening, and what should happen for Vietnam’s energy transition.
