Negotiating is not a process where two parties butt heads. Instead, it’s a solution oriented process where you understand the other party’s position, and come to a mutually beneficial deal. In this workshop, we will focus on:

  • Your negotiation style, and how to improve it
  • Setting the right environment for negotiating
  • Mirroring and labeling for connection
  • Preparing your negotiation
  • Setting your goals, and sticking to them
  • Changing your counterpart’s reality
  • Practicing your negotiations and growing your skills

Positively influencing your counterpart so you can reach your goals, and close your deals.
