To meet these challenges, Vietnam has committed to a Green Growth Strategy for 2030 and net-zero targets by 2050. ViCo responds to this moment by creating the country’s first dedicated hub for collaboration for a Rising Vietnam.
ViCo strengthens networks, accelerates sustainable business, and provides access to world-class knowledge and training. Through our community, members exchange expertise, form partnerships, and co-develop solutions in areas such as renewable energy, circular economy, food systems, water, biodiversity, and urban regeneration.
Who We Are
ViCo is initiated and developed by Except Integrated Sustainability, an international consultancy and design office with over 25 years of experience in systemic sustainability. ViCo is bsed on, and extends the community model developed for the Utrecht Community (UCo), and the Rotterdam Collective (RoCo), operational in the Netherlands since 2011.
The ViCo team consists of a young and enthusiastic Vietnamese team, led by Tom Bosschaert, founder of Except and ViCo, and internationally recognized sustainability thought leader and strategist.
The ViCo board includes seasoned professionals in Vietnam with expertise in real estate, community building, and sustainable development.
